Warranty:

All items are described to the best of our ability. The condition is described as closely as possible with a percentage given for finishes concerned. If a customer is dissatisfied for any reason, a prompt refund will be sent subject to the terms of sale.

Policy:

All goods are sold "as is". There are no warranties of fitness or merchantability, expressed, or implied, which extend beyond the description as advertised. All weapons are sold as antique or collectible. Purchasers assume all liability contingent to the use of the firearms purchased from us.

Terms:

Visa, MasterCard, Certified Check or Money Order accepted. Personal and company checks, also accepted. Three day inspection privilege. Refund is guaranteed if merchandise is returned in unaltered condition except all guns paid for on a credit card will be charged a 2.5% restocking fee. Layaway is available subject to terms of the sale, but NO returns on layaway. Packaging, shipping and insurance is $40 per gun, $65 for UPS second day air, or actual price and is not refunded if the firearm is returned. (Next day shipping at UPS cost!)

Consignments:

Consignment guns are booked into the system and fully insured with a sixty (60) day renewable contract. There is a 5% commission charge on the sale price to cover the cost of advertising and exposure through national ads. There is also a $15 shipping charge per firearm. All inquiries, sales and transactions are strictly confidential.
